Pakistan have won 17 and West Indies 4, with 3 ending without a result. Pakistan lead by 13, one of the widest margins in any T20I fixture between two full members. West Indies won the first meeting at Gros Islet in April 2011 by seven runs, and almost nothing has gone their way since. Pakistan took eleven of the fourteen matches played in the 2010s, including a 3-0 sweep in Karachi in 2018, and have kept the same grip through the 2020s.
The heaviest scoring came in Karachi in December 2021 - West Indies 207 for 3, Pakistan chasing it with seven wickets and an over to spare, the two biggest totals in the fixture in the same match.
Pakistan took the most recent series in Florida in August 2025 by two matches to one, winning by 14 runs and 13 runs either side of a two-wicket defeat. The margins here are usually narrower than the overall record suggests.
