Bangladesh and Ireland have played 16 One Day Internationals, the first in 2007 and the latest on 14 May 2023. Bangladesh have won 11 and Ireland 2, with 3 ending without a result. Bangladesh's highest total in the fixture is 349, Ireland's 319. The lowest completed totals are 169 and 101. Every result is listed above. Updated 9 September, 2026.

Barbados, 15 April 2007. Both sides had reached the Super Eights of a World Cup nobody expected either of them to trouble, and Ireland won by 74 runs. It remains their only victory over Bangladesh in the format, and one of the reasons the 2007 tournament is still argued about.

Bangladesh have controlled almost everything since. The Sylhet series of March 2023 was the heaviest of it - 338 for 8 and 349 for 6 in the first two matches, then Ireland bowled out for 101 and beaten by ten wickets, with Hasan Mahmud taking 5 for 32.

Ireland went closest two months later at Chelmsford, where Harry Tector made 140 and they posted 319 for 6, only to lose by three wickets. Paul Stirling's 130 at Dublin in 2019 and William Porterfield's 108 at Stormont in 2010 are the other Ireland hundreds here.
